2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Gold jewellery prices are calculated based on the prevailing daily gold rate plus making charges.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold/diamond rates.
• Product images are for illustration; slight variations may exist in actual products.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options.
• Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

4. Hallmarking & Certification

All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked with HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) as per Government of India regulations. Diamond jewellery comes with IGI/GIA certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including designs, images, logos, and text is the property of JP Thangamaaligai and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

JP Thangamaaligai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the purchased item.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
