Exchange Policy

• 7-Day Exchange: All jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Gold Jewellery: Exchanged at prevailing gold rate. Making charges are non-refundable.
• Diamond Jewellery: Exchanged at 80% of diamond value + full gold value.
• Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags and certificates intact.

Lifetime Exchange

We offer lifetime exchange on all gold jewellery purchased from JP Thangamaaligai. Bring your old jewellery and exchange it for new designs at the current gold rate.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery
• Items with personalised engraving
• Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
